As a courtesy to our patients, we will complete and file insurance claims relative to your treatment. However, our professional services are rendered to you, not the insurance company. Therefore, you are directly responsible to Perico for payment of services. Our fees for services are the same for all patients whether or not they have dental insurance. All patients, with or without insurance, receive a monthly statement.
If you have any questions concerning what your plan considers a covered procedure, you must refer these questions to your insurance company. It is important for the patient to confirm with their insurance company if coverage will be in-network or out-of-network with our office. You may request we send a pre-estimate to your insurance company to determine how much coverage you may have for your treatment. Our insurance secretaries will assist you.
Financial arrangements must be made with our office prior to the commencement of treatment. Please contact any of our three offices if you have additional questions. We are here to help!
