Meet The Managers
Nancy Griffin, Group Office Manager
I am the The Perico Group’s Office Manager and have been employed with Perico for nearly 30 years. I admire the doctors and staff of Perico as I believe that they are passionate about providing excellent, quality care and personalized attention to every patient who visits our offices. Our business team provides patients with in-depth explanations of the proposed treatment plan, payment plan assistance and insurance coordination and submission. We are dedicated to ensuring that our patients are knowledgeable and comfortable with all aspects of their treatment. I love being part of a practice that puts the patient first and continuously strives for improvement.
I live in Peabody with my husband, our two sons, and our Miniature Pinscher, Ruby. In my spare time, I enjoy cooking, reading, attending theater productions, and spending time with my cherished family and friends.
Jane Noonan – Front Desk Manager, Swampscott
I graduated from Colby Sawyer College and started at Perico the following day. My career began when Drs. Kramer, Nevins, Reiser, and Wise were the managing doctors. I love being a part of what Perico has grown into over the years. I manage the front desk and coordinate the schedules for patients and staff. I am usually the first person you see when you visit our Swampscott office. Our front desk team works diligently to uphold the day’s schedule while assisting our patients, doctors and colleagues to care for each individual’s needs. I am proud to be part of a practice whose expertise and professionalism help our patients reach their dental goals.
Over the years, I have developed relationships with our patients and look forward to seeing and hearing from them at each of their visits. I love to be able to help patients navigate through the process of making sure their dental needs are met. During my professional career at Perico, I met and married my husband Scott, raised our three children and this year became a grandmother to my beautiful baby girl Nora!
Tracy MacDonald – Office Manager, Boston
I worked in the Oral Surgery/Periodontics field as a Clinical Assistant and Implant Coordinator for over a decade, both in private practice and hospital setting, prior to starting my career in Perico’s Back Bay location a couple of years ago, first as a Treatment Coordinator and now as the Office Manager. One of the things I enjoy most about my position at Perico is being able to be part of a great team of doctors, clinical and business staff who all have the best outcome of our patients in mind. I feel patient education is extremely important and I use my experience and knowledge to inform our patients in the best, most comprehensive way possible.
In my spare time I enjoy Yoga, reading and spending time with my husband and our family.
Kristen Edwards, FAADOM – Office Manager, Reading
I had the pleasure of joining The Perico Group recently. My current role is Office Manager of our Perico North location. Interacting with and helping patients on a daily basis is my favorite part of the job. I take great pride in the attentive care that our doctors and team provide to each patient. It is a pleasure to work with a team of professionals, where the focus is on the health and well-being of our patients. We appreciate and respect the trust our patients place in us. We are always happy to go the extra mile to ensure each patient enjoys their visit.
Something I like about working for The Perico Group is their focus on continuing education. I enjoy the opportunities and encouragement The Perico Group provides to further my knowledge in dentistry and the role of leading and developing staff. Recently, I took courses to obtain my FAADOM (Fellowship of the American Association of Dental Office Management), a rare honor among dental office managers nationwide. In my spare time I enjoy traveling, dining out and spending time with my son George, family and friends.
Jamie Sheehey – Business Development and Education Outreach Liaison
After spending a decade in sales and management of the dental/medical device space, I was intrigued by the opportunity with The Perico Group to be directly involved in the spectrum of patient care while helping enhance area dentists’ career satisfaction and growth. Since The Perico Group has a legendary reputation in the world of Periodontics, I was excited to accept the position.
Being familiar with The Perico Group for many years, we connected on a common theme: every decision is based on one question — “what’s best for the patient?” With this in mind, it makes it easier to help raise the bar of care for patients and the practitioners we work closely with.
I provide practice management solutions and educational opportunities, tailored to the specific needs of our referring dentists and staff. It’s particularly satisfying to hear stories about the positive individual experiences. I also make sure our referring dentists and staff can contact me directly for advice or to address needs of all shared patients between their offices and The Perico Group.
A little about me…my family and I reside in Belmont, (wife Andrea, along with our son and daughter). When not at work, our passion at home is currently about coaching or watching both kids in baseball, basketball, and lacrosse and somehow staying on track with all of our busy schedules!
